Students hand-picked by Gekkoukan's administration are told to board in this particular building during the year. Why it's only a selected individuals is currently unknown but the tradition has always been like this for years.

This, by far, is the most bizarre dorm in the neighborhood. It takes in strays of all kinds yet at times seems like a completely desolate place, void of life. Most of its occupants are usually up and about the city.

This dorm also follows an 'invitation-only' rule. There aren't many inhabitants in this building, most of them having their own home, though there always a minimum of ten or so people residing in it.

Various houses litter these parts of the neighbourhood and light up the streets, without fail, every night with the glow of televisions, dining rooms, or entry ways.

`NEIGHBORHOOD
Located somewhere between Iwatodai Station and Naganaki Shrine is a small district filled with homes, apartment complexes, condos, and dormitories. They're all aligned or scattered around, one of them is notably known for housing Gekkoukan High School students.
