PERSONALITY,
Things in Meili's life has taught her that she must have one important thing in life. Thus she has to have a public front to maintain. When she has her glasses on and her hair in braids she is the standard image of the soft, nice, intelligent but beautiful girl. She is soft and peaceful. Meili seemed like the type of girl who would help anyone out. She also seemed to have a type of grace around her as she spoke and moved. However a public front is a public front. Her soft, peaceful, and graceful nature is nothing more than an act to make herself look better in the eyes of others.
Meili's true personality is much more pessimistic and displays signs of being annoyed with others or unsatisfied with something. On the positive sign of things, she does display signs of being more easy going. She keeps these thoughts locked deep away when maintaining a public front. Meili, however, has difficult handling her stresses and negative thoughts, thus she has to release them at some point. She handles in this in a multitude of ways.
Her true personality is more of a shut in. She often spends time on the internet. Now now, she doesn't nerd rage,bitch on the internet, or troll, that would just be bad taste and pointless. She mainly is on there for research on her little hobbies (Examples being modifying Nerf Guns, bows , and computer science) as well as be more her true self.
However, she does display some traits contradictory to that of a shut in. For one she does like looking at antiques, going to manga cafes, and most of all she enjoys karaoke. However the last part is something that she really genuinely tries to hide. It does kind of embarrass her.
Meili takes heavy interest in putting things together and controlling the things she put together. She has a few nerf guns or toy guns in general that she customized and modified. She has an interest in modified long range weapons so she modifies her bow too. Meili has recently took an interest in computer science and thus likes building computers and such.
All the things she does when she isn't putting up her public front is nothing more than a release however. Karaoke gives her the excuse to scream, and customizing toy guns and bows gave her the right to imagine firing them. Meili is just one of those people who needs to release built up stress. Something of which Meili herself seems to find shame in. She also tends to cry when ever she feels intense anger or sadness, or any intense emotion in general. Another thing she hates about herself seeing as how tears and words have done nothing for her really.
Meili is rather envious of those she considers superior to her. She detests those who are able to do much more than she can. This only adds more to her self loathing and loathing for others. She has an obsessive need to be superior and to be noticed for her efforts.

WEAPON & TACTICS,
Obviously carrying around a rifle or a bow is going to be insanely impractical. So Meili decides to carry around a rather simple weapon. An ordinary 6 shot revolver (To be specific, a modified JTL-E .500 S&W Magnum 12"). The reason for the revolver design is because it looks so different from the evoker so Meili won't end up shooting herself.
Meili is a rather tactical fighter, choosing not to do direct attacks. This is mostly due to the power of her persona. Even then she is pretty clever and often comes up with rather effective strategies.

ADDITIONAL NOTES,
*Meili wears red framed glasses for far sighted people. She also has hair ties to keep her hair in two long braids. However those accessories are for her public front. She constantly wears a black hair band however...

Meili first awakened to her persona at age 10.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES,
Chalchiuhthlicue absorbs ice but his weak against fire.
SKILL SET,
Rain-Meili's persona is unique in the fact that it can not cast spells unless certain conditions are met. This skill creates those conditions. Meili's persona is summoned. For a short amount of time (1 post) the area around Meili rains and becomes a unique fog that she can manipulate. For a short while (four posts after the fog is created) she can engulf objects in the fog and anything with the fog she can cast spells.
Hail-Anything engulfed in the fog created from Rain is frozen, it's more or less her equivalent of Bufudyne
Bless- Anything engulfed in the fog created from Rain is healed and have any ailments healed. It is her equivalent of Salvation.
Eye of the Storm - Equivalent to Full Analysis but as per all of the Meili's skills, can only be used in the unique rain environment.
